Payment Policy
Payment for all web orders is due in full at the time the order is placed. Shipping and applicable handling charges are added to the advertised price at checkout.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and restocked. We will be as prompt as possible but please allow a minimum of three (3) business days from the time of restocking for the refund to be processed through the original payment method.
Return Policy
To ensure product integrity and OEM compliance, the following return conditions apply:
- Electrical parts are non-returnable if they have been installed or removed from their original packaging.
- Manuals are not returnable.
- All returned parts must be new, unused, and in sellable condition, with original packaging intact.
- Special order parts may be returned only if unopened and in original packaging and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Freight costs associated with returning parts are the responsibility of the buyer.
- All returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of the invoice date and must include a copy of the original purchase invoice.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Defective or Warranty-Related Parts
- Defective parts that have not been installed may be returned or exchanged without penalty.
- Parts that have been installed may be eligible for manufacturer warranty consideration (up to 90 days) and are subject to OEM warranty approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders for in-stock parts may be cancelled without penalty provided the order has not shipped.
- Special order parts may be cancelled; however, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
- Any order that is refused at delivery will be subject to the same 30% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy
- Most parts orders will be shipped within one (1) business day of when inventory is available.
- Carrier pickup times vary.
- Online ordering is not recommended for large, heavy, or oversized items requiring LTL freight. If an order requires LTL shipping, we will contact the customer to make delivery arrangements. Delivery is limited to commercial locations with a dock or forklift, and additional freight charges will apply. Residential delivery is not available.
- We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit. All shipments must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage or shortages must be noted before signing for the shipment.
- We take care to package all shipments to arrive in good condition.
- In the event of an incorrect shipment caused by our error, return freight costs will be covered by us.
