Class A CDL Driver - Franklin, TN
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Krebs Kubota is seeking a skilled and dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Franklin, TN. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with our company, not just finding another driving job.
The CDL Driver will be primarily responsible for safely and efficiently swapping dumpsters at customer locations, transporting dumpsters to and from the landfill, and assisting with equipment deliveries as needed. This position requires strong driving skills, attention to safety, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage routes and delivery schedules effectively.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles, including a Kenworth SwapLoader dumpster truck and rollback wrecker.
- Pick up, deliver, and swap dumpsters at customer locations safely and efficiently.
- Transport dumpsters to and from designated landfill locations.
- Assist with equipment pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, routes, pickups, and deliveries.
- Handle loading and unloading using forklifts or manual methods when required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules, deliveries, and any issues encountered on the road.
- Follow all Krebs Kubota policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude while representing Krebs Kubota.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements as required.
- Safe driving record.
- Previous commercial truck driving experience.
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to learn.
- Strong route planning and navigation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Driver Helper/Trainee Mechanic - Franklin, TN
We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Delivery Driver Helper / Trainee to join the Krebs Kubota team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to build a long-term career with our company and develop into a safe, dependable heavy equipment delivery driver. The Driver Helper / Trainee will initially work alongside experienced Krebs Kubota drivers, assisting with loading, securing, transporting, delivering, and picking up construction and agricultural equipment. During training, the employee will learn proper transportation procedures, equipment operation, customer service expectations, route responsibilities, and DOT safety requirements.
As training progresses and competency is demonstrated, the employee will take on increased responsibility for operating delivery vehicles and making equipment deliveries independently, with the goal of becoming a Krebs Kubota delivery driver. Safety, proper care of customer and company equipment, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are top priorities for this position.
Duties
- Learn to assist in the loading and unloading of various types of Kubota equipment on wreckers and landscape trucks.
- Learn to chain and strap equipment and implements properly and securely.
- Work safely and efficiently while assisting one of our current drivers.
- Handle loading and unloading of cargo using forklifts or manual methods as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Tennessee drivers license.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely or ability to learn how to operate forklifts.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely or the ability to learn this skill.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently including being at work when scheduled and on time.

Sales Representative - Franklin, TN
Job Duties:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance/information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain up to date knowledge and training on all manufacturer programs, bulletins, financing, etc.

Experience and Skills:
- Exceptional attitude!
- Proven work experience in Customer Service
- 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English (Bilingual a PLUS)
- Basic Math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online platforms
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
