Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Murfreesboro, TN

Krebs Kubota is in search for someone that has proven experience repairing and servicing a wide range of heavy equipment such as Tractors, Excavators, Skid Steers, etc. Resumes must be updated to include relevant work experience with work history.

Sales Representative - Franklin, TN

Job Duties:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance/information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and training on all manufacturer programs, bulletins, financing, etc.
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Monitor competitive activity/products
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Cross sell products
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trusting relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

  • Exceptional attitude!
  • Proven work experience in Customer Service
  • 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English (Bilingual a PLUS)
  • Basic Math skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online platforms
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent
